The Beginning
Started in a small Ipoh office after watching too many events fail due to poor budget planning. Our founder had just experienced this firsthand at a local business conference that ran out of money halfway through.
Learning Through Crisis
The pandemic taught us everything about flexible budgeting. We helped 47 organizations pivot their events online while maintaining financial sustainability. This experience shaped our adaptability-first approach.
Expanding Our Reach
Opened our current Bercham office and developed our signature budget tracking system. By this point, we'd helped over 200 events stay within budget while exceeding attendee expectations.
Looking Forward
This year, we're launching our mentorship program for event organizers and expanding our corporate training workshops. The goal? Teaching others the budget management skills that prevent event disasters.
